Employee OSHA Recordable - July 2008
Crew consisted of three journey-linemen and two apprentices. Crew prepared to set a pole, but first needed to cut tall weeds in the area. Area was checked for hazards prior to weed-eating. All employees wore long pants. Weed-eater to be used was an older model, steel blade with operator guard properly in place.
